This real estate map from 1921 advertises 122 allotments of land for sale at the Indooroopilly Park Estate in the Brisbane suburb of Indooroopilly. The allotments were situated along Essex Road, Carrington Road, McCaul Street, Turner Street, Victoria Street and Saunders Street.
Prior to the sale extensive publicity was published in Brisbane newspapers.
“Close to two railway stations. On that lovely ridge just off Swann Road, overlooking the Sports Ground. The best available sites in this desireable locality”. (Brisbane Courier, 20 August 1921, p.10)

A public auction was to be held at the site on the afternoon of 10 September 1921. The results of the auction do not appear to have been published in Brisbane newspapers.
